I use it only for some multicast. Better multicast is Moonweil and Moon Esence.

Im using 3* Moonveil, 2 cast wit 1s Dark neclase is somewhere like 2000 multicast per day. Better than Lost Fragment or Elven Orb.

But 0* already gives you permanent multicast and it the same amount or more(it can trigger more than once) as bonus multicast by moonveil (I'm not counting dark shenanigans)

Sure, but cd is 13 s, so by the time u have 3* Moon, u have only like 40 multicast. So 3* Moon can give u more. Everythink has its use, but my judgment on elven items stands out. Maybe after 1000 hours it woud change.
