How it works
- Grants +1 Multicast to the item here, so it resolves one additional time per trigger.
- No day scaling. It roughly doubles the value of a strong on trigger effect, from damage to healing to debuffs.
- Multicast is bounded by the game's action limit, so stacking it past the cap adds nothing.
