That seems so much worse than candle, but I don't really know what passing is so what do I know?
In duos, you can pass items/potions to your teammate for 3g. And all the duos items synergize with passing, so this is one of the core items in the "pass build" :)
my god then that item is literally the best item for scaling damage in duos
