Drag'n'BoneFrozen Jaw stacks crit for the M'Arrow bow, which is well past 100% crit chance by the late game. Nightquill is there to feed Talon. Topaz Spear or Trident are early-game tempo only. A Conjure Spear book helps spin up more Draconic Spears toward 2 star. This build does not translate to deep Endless, it skips the fundamentals needed to reach Day 100. For fun you can grab Crownforge Brews and Potion Belts to push 3 star on your spear and bow.
Grab a Talon or Spyglass from your first shop, plus every Draconic Spear you see. You may lose Day 1-2 since these are weak early, but it sets up the whole run. If none appear, take any M'Arrow. Failing that, default to pairable 15-cost items like Novice Blade, the tempo-board standard.
Don't roll. Buy any Draconic Spear or M'Arrow in the shop, and grab a Talon now if you skipped one on Day 1, otherwise level. If buying kept you from levelling, it's fine to roll once or twice for more priority items. On Day 3: Always take Healing Touch for survival. During shop phase, play it like Day 2, or grab a Talon if you still need one.
Get your core to at least 1 star, Draconic Spear and M'Arrow first. On the 15-cost route, pair items off for 1 star to bank epic chests. You're hoping to surface a Nightquill, which synergizes perfectly with Talon and M'Arrow. A Conjure Spear book here helps generate more Draconic Spear towards 2 stars.
Speed towards the endgame: Rolldown responsibly for 2-star Draconic Spear and M'Arrow, then level hard to 7/8 so you don't fall behind the enemy on Health.
If the run drags on, pick up more Nightquill to scale the M'Arrow, pair them with Frozen Jaw for crit damage, and add Time Pendant on top of your M'Arrow to start attacking earlier.
