Oaken Tower is a synergy-driven autobattler: you assemble a tower of items that fights on its own, and the goal is to build combinations that scale faster than your opponents. Every purchase, encounter and level matters.
How a run works
- Each day you earn gold, spend it in the shop, and your tower fights.
- Buy items, place them in your tower, and combine three of the same item to fuse it into a starred, stronger version.
- Keep your HP up and your damage scaling; a run ends when you run out of lives.
What to focus on first
- Pick a direction early and build around a signature item rather than buying a little of everything.
- Use item bias to fish for the pieces you need: a cheap item from a pack makes that pack's other items more likely to appear.
- Take encounters that push your plan; most offer two options, so choose the one that fits your build.
- Balance leveling against buying items: levels raise income and survivability, but overspending on XP can starve your board.
