The Ladder is live!
Every ranked run on one board, tracked hour by hour. Top climbers over 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, your standing and your friends. Plus a pile of week one polish.
Launch week isn't even over and the tavern is already getting a bit busy. Thank you! Watching the first runs, records and tier list arguments roll in has been the best part of my week. And between all of that, I've been cooking some stuff with the goat Bocary, who's been amazing throughout and provided everything we need to make this possible!

The Ranked Ladder
Leaderboards now opens on a live ranked ladder: the top of the whole ranked pool on one board, refreshed around the clock.
Each row carries the following details: Rank, movement arrows over the window you pick, a WR badge (or multiple) on world record holders, and profile links with socials for members. Number one sits under the champion banner (hey!).
Top Climbers
A new feature is the top climbers board! It shows ranking based on specific time periods, separated by day, week and month! We really wanted to bring a bit of life to the leaderboard and there couldn't have been a better time right before Season 2 kicks off to give this season a better send-off!

Upon linking your Steam account, the You view centers the board on your own standing and the players around you. And just like in Oaken Tower, Friends view shows only your Steam friends, so the rivalries that actually matter stay in focus. The Members view filters the whole ladder down to oaken.gg members, where we'll be holding some cool contests in the future utilizing that feature!
And that's not all
Been a busy couple of days ironing things out and making sure things are smooth for everyone! Here is a short summary:
- AddedThe tavern feed pages endlessly. Keep scrolling, it keeps pouring.
- AddedOpen threads refresh live when new replies arrive.
- AddedCheering a build now notifies its author.
- AddedPosting on your own wall can alert your followers, with a toggle in the composer.
- AddedEmotes in posts!
- FixedPosted images fit uncropped and open in a full size viewer.
- FixedWall notes from people you follow now show in your Following feed.
- FixedUploaded photos, banners, emotes and game sprites render crisp at every size.
- Fixedoaken.gg links shared on Discord and socials unfurl a proper card.
