Patch v0.6.2.1

Fairytale takes its nerf, Lily Pad Charm can no longer trigger another Lily Pad Charm, and Duos players see when their teammate freezes the shop.

I am continuing to iron out everything after the big Q3 update, and reacting to feedback.

Most importantly: Fairytale was very problematic, so it's seeing a nerf this patch.

Lily Pad Charm now says "Trigger another Fairy item to the right". Basically cannot trigger another Lily Pad Charm. Would break the rotation feature.
Added a "type" tooltip that explains what a "Type" means.
[DUOS] You can now see when your teammate freezes the shop.
[DUOS] Rainbow emote and Questionmark emote swapped places.
[DUOS] You can now ping the reroll button.

Fixed translation errors and general grammar/consistency.
Fixed a bug where obtaining the Refined Spear from Katya would display "+5 dmg" even though it actually got +10 damage.
Fixed a bug where the Skybolt projectile was not properly aligned.
[DUOS] Fixed a bug where if one player was using the Settings screen and the other player pressed ready, it would result in a bug where both players would be stuck in "waiting..".
Fixed a visual bug where the Chronomancer encounter would show the old Time Tonic description.
[DUOS] Peeking at teammate through portal is now much more responsive to their actions.
