A launch crash, the ranked flag reading the new rating system, Seer goblets merging at the right stars, and build pool uploads behaving.

FixedFixed a crash on game launch happening on some player's devices.
FixedThe in-game ranked flag now shows the rank according to the new rating system and not the old.
FixedFixed a visual bug where the shady dealer would say "+30" rating, even though it gives something else (rank dependant).
FixedThe game now shows "+10% RATING" when you select full random packs and full random perks.
FixedFixed a bug where players would upload more builds to the pool than intended.
FixedGoblets recieved from the Seer will now merge into 1/2/3 stars appropriately upon recieving.
FixedFixed some missing symbols in item names from KR/CH/JP translations.
