(EASY) Very Brief at a glance build... not as viable since the flare nerf as that helps as you level up... Key to this build is getting that CD down on BOTH the mace and the shield lower the better. Once you are at 1 its pretty much a GG since that mace starts mace'ing.
Tips
Getting the mace 2 star as quick as possible and getting it to hit more often during fights is key since this depends on the 2 star bonus generated by the Mace (extra debuff per trigger).
